Monochromatic Dressing: Risky business people!!!

m Something strange happened yesterday. My office neighbors coincidentally showed up to work in monochromatic attire. Usually, this maneauver is a) accidental & usually doesn’t turn out so well OR b) intentional, but is usually only successfully pulled off by people like Regis Philbin. But, as it turns out they mostly looked good even tho’ Levi one of them (who is disguised in this picture to protect his identity) thought he was wearing grey pants, when in fact, his pants were a nice shade of olive.

Special note from the editor: The jaundiced glare in this photo is caused by the low-cost lighting that Sun installed a couple years ago. While it does introduce yet another risk for successfully pulling off what I now call “Monochromania!”, it is a part of these engineers natural habitat and causes them no harm.

It’s so nice of you to help those less fortnate.

First, that bad Sun lighting can be fixed
with photoshop -> image -> auto adjust levels.
    It works like a charm!
Second, while I’ve been told American guys
too often visibly wear white t-shirts under
dark clothes, it really never hit home until
    I saw this picture. 😉

Even though my identity has been “protected” by the author, I feel that I must step forward and make note that my grey pants really are grey. I’m not sure what the long term affects of sitting 3 inches from your monitor are, but apparently in the short term it makes everything look monochromatic. <achem> Oh, and BTW, isn’t it “bad luck” to open an umbrella indoors???!?
